Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
-Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was the only surviving son of Leopold and Maria Pertl Mozart.
-Mozart could write music notes before he could write words.
-Mozart was a classical composer who wrote operas, concertos and symphonies.
-At 17, he was engaged as a
court musician in Salzburg, but grew
restless and travelled in search of a
better position, always composing
abundantly.
-Mozart started composing at the age of five.
-Mozart composed over 600 musical works.
-Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart died of a kidney failure December 5, 1791 in Vienna, Austria.
Ludwig Van Beethoven
-In 1740, Beethoven's father, Johann was born. Johann sang soprano in the electoral chapel where his father was Kapellmeister (chapel master).
-Ludwig van Beethoven was born December 16th, 1770 and passed away on March 26th, 1827.
-Beethoven became totally deaf at the age of 40.
-his ability for not hearing didn't effect his composing.
-When he was little, his father forced him to practice the keyboard for hours and hours because he wanted him to be like Mozart.
-He was a composer and a pianist.
-Some of his most important works were composed during the last 10 years of his life.
Beethoven was friends with Franz Joseph Hadyn.
Ludwig Van Beethoven was an important figure in the transition between Classical and Romantic western music eras.
J.S Bach was a German composer, organist, harpsichordist, violist, and violinist of the baroque period. He wrote the Brandenburg concertos these concertos featured many instruments hence the name concerto but they did not feature saxophone. In all their are 6 Brandenburg concertos that J.S Bach wrote.
J. S. Bach was a member of a seven-generation family of talented composers and instrumentalists.
Johann Sebastian Bach fathered 20 children, but eleven died before he did.
